If I don't get an email back after submitting an application does it mean I don't have the look or skills for the industry? No, that's not true at all! Each agency works with clients who have specific talent needs and aesthetic preferences. If one agency isn’t the right fit, it doesn’t mean you aren’t valuable or talented—it simply means your path lies elsewhere. Keep applying to other agencies and remain persistent. Take the time to refine how you present your skills, overall look, and brand. The right management will align with your unique purpose and help guide you on your journey. Above all, pray and seek the Lord for direction. He orders every step, and in His perfect timing, He will lead you to the right opportunities.
