Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation are not entitled to a full refund. 3. A penalty fee of $50 will apply to cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation. 4. The penalty fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. 5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. 6. NA Management reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
